**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Plan, organize and implement industry shows in US, Canada and International markets to represent each of our brands
- Research and suggest shows to attend
- Manage the booking and registration for all events including travel and accommodations
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements
- Establish and follow the plan
- Coordinate the logístical requirements such as product orders, equipment rentals, shipping, and catering services.
- Manage show calendar
- Attend shows for set up and dismantle to ensure the event operates smoothly.
- Coordinate corporate events: open houses, Christmas and summer get togethers in collaboration with human resources.
- Research, suggest, purchase, and maintain inventory of promotional material such as show material, clothing, business cards and promotional items.
- Manage association memberships renewals.
- Research and present concepts and ideas to organizers to maximise brand presence.
- Prepare, present, and manage budgets and negotiate agreements.
- Secure the venue, plan the layout, and liaise with sales and marketing to determine booth requirements.
- Prepare communications for shows for marketing channels such as social media, mailers, websites, and advertising campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in project management, marketing, communications, event planning or relevant experience an asset.
- 1-3 years experience as a trade show or event coordinator or similar.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take leadership and make quick decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Availability to travel occasionally.

**Salary**: From $14.25 per hour
