WHAT TO EXPECT

Under the supervision of Soucy Track's General Manager, the Territory Manager will be a member of the sales team, with a primary mandate to pursue the development of markets in Eastern Canada and the United States, in order to achieve the commercial and development objectives of the assigned territories.

**Here's an overview of your tasks**:
Participate in the development of sales plans and strategies
Participates in the development of sales pitches and weekly route planning.
Ensure business development (new dealers, new customers) in assigned territory
Promote our company and products to current and future customers
Actively participate in promotional events such as trade show booths, product demonstrations, sales team training with customer personnel, etc.)
Provide technical and administrative support to dealers and their customers (supported by the Products team)
Transmit market information to management and engineering teams in order to participate in the orientation of new product development (understanding of competition, aftermarket).
Collaborate with our product development team
Build strong and productive customer relationships
Meet and exceed distribution targets
Plan the execution of all promotions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar technical environment
Excellent communication and sales skills
Very good understanding of the agricultural environment (sales, equipment)
Bilingual (French/English)
Rigorous in the use of a CRM as primary means of communication and reporting (Salesforce)
Mechanical aptitude and passion for technical sales
Self-starter with excellent time management and planning skills
Must demonstrate good organizational skills
Ability to manage priorities
Excellent computer skills and ability to use a computer/ipad effectively
Energetic and passionate
Must possess a valid driver's license
