This position may provide guidance to lower levels. Reports directly to the Senior Program Manager within the Program Management Office. **_ Major Responsibilities & Duties_**: - Responsible to create, develop and produce the Project Charter, Project Management Plans and other required project artefacts, for new and uncharted projects and/or customers; - Interface with customer as the primary point of contact for project execution; - Execute project as per the Project Management Plan and ensure that all initiatives have a clear success criteria; - Track and manage project tasks, resource assignment, and customer change requests; - Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all projects and communicate status to clients and management; - Provide direction and support to project team members, functional managers and customers; - Manage customer expectations in terms of schedule, cost, scope and quality; - Provide guidance for production release activities, including impact/risk assessment and sponsor/business communication; - Other duties as required. **_Core Skills_**: - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Excellent communications skills; verbal and written - Business writing skills are an asset - Ability to perform in fast paced, deadline driven environment - Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills - Ability to consistently demonstrate excellent initiative and determination - Highly skilled with MS Office, emphasis on Microsoft Project and Power Point **_Education_**: - Diploma in Business or Project Management or an equivalent of education, training and experience **_Experience_**: - Background in Aerospace or related industries preferred - 5+ years' experience in stringently regulated industry such as Aerospace/Aviation/Military/Government - Project Management training either formally trained or by proven on-the-job training **_Reasons To Apply_**: - Employee retention and engagement is important to Cascade; we value our employees. - Comprehensive benefits package provided.
