**Who we're looking for**:
**PROJECT MANAGER**
This is a **full-time**, in-personposition from Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-3:30PM
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES**
- Independently manage millwork projects of various sizes, often fast paced custom millwork projects (or portions thereof), from acceptance through the warranty period
- Work effectively on multiple projects at one time
- Review and analyze construction documents to understand the project scope of work and execution
- Identify and organize important and relevant information and data
- Compile and send project material and finish samples
- Compile and submit shop drawings submittals
- Compile and send requests for information (RFIs) and request for quotes (RFQs)
- Consult and advise customers on millwork construction and installation processes and sequencing
- Communicate with and provide service to customers, general contractors, architects, and suppliers and partners
- Assist and communicate internally with management, production, estimators, project managers and installers
- Material takeoff and purchasing direction
- Compile and issue production packages for millwork manufacture and install
- Manage project budget, change orders, and invoicing
- Manage project schedule; deliveries and install
- Project site visits, coordination and site measure
- Project progress; tracking and reporting
- Project documentation; tracking and reporting
- Overall project quality control management
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent comprehension/retention and note-taking skills
- Strong communication skills in English: verbal & written
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Able to read construction drawings and shop drawings
- Previous construction, millwork or project management experience required
- AutoCAD and shop drawing experience is preferred
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
