**Job Summary**
Located in the heart of the Fraser Valley, CJB Restoration Services is a 24hr Emergency Restoration company servicing the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area. We are a full-service restoration company that specializes in insurance claims due to floods, fire, vandalism, vehicle impacts, environmental services, and full rebuild repairs.

With more than 25 years of experience and continually growing, we are seeking to find a skilled project manager to join our team. We will provide you with good wages, medical and dental benefits after 3 months, a company car, and a great team to work with

**Duties**:

- Attend new claims, and follow that claim through from start to finish
- Liaison with the homeowner and insurance adjuster along the way to ensure the status of the job is known by all parties
- Complete scoping, sketching, and estimating of the claim
- Build relationships with adjusters and brokers you meet along the way, and maintain a book of business
- Exceptional customer service is needed when working with homeowners, sub-trades, and in house crews
- Delegate and supervise your job sites and the crews on them
- Communication is key in this role as you relay details and info to appropriate departments and sub-trades to ensure work is being done and completed while staying within budget
- Responsible for AR collections of your jobs, with support from the office
- Build relationships with sub-trades
- Work with the office to relay details needed to schedule a job and get crews setup
- Managing customer satisfaction

We are looking for:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry
- A book of business is an asset for stepping into this role
- Proven success and stability with project management
- Clean criminal record as it relates to work
- Ability to multi-task and manage your schedule
- Ability to work an on-call rotating schedule is a must

*Base salary + Commission pay + monthly sales bonus for targets hit
