Project Manager

The Project Manager position interacting with multiple stakeholders and tracking performance across the full project life cycle. The Project Manager may be working with resources located across Canada and the UK.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.- Define project objectives, requirements, and metrics to measure success.- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.- Lead cross-functional teams in project execution and ensure alignment of project goals with company strategy.- Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish and maintain communication channels.- Provide regular project status updates to project sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and increase efficiency.- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years Project Management experience.- PMP certification is an asset but is not essential.- Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team towards a solution-oriented accountability culture.- Possess two (2) or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, defence, or high-tech industry.- Willing to travel to customers/suppliers locally or overseas.- Excellent written/verbal client-facing and internal communication skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with Microsoft Project is an asset.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Possess Commercial Awareness.- Must be eligible to meet the requirements of export control regulations and security regulations, including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and Canadian government security requirements.
