**Studio Director - Pilates & Yoga (Powerhouse Street, Toronto)**

**About Us**

We’re an independent Pilates & Yoga studio, built around the balance of _strength and serenity_. Our mission is to create a welcoming, high-performing space where movement, community, and wellness come together.

We’re looking for a **Studio Director** — an experienced Pilates instructor and motivated leader — to run day-to-day operations, teach classes, grow membership, and build an exceptional team.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead daily studio operations**: manage schedules, staff, and the member experience.
- **Teach and inspire**: lead Pilates (and/or yoga) classes with exceptional instruction and energy.
- **Recruit and develop talent**: scout, train, and mentor part-time instructors who align with our culture.
- **Optimize scheduling**: plan classes strategically around peak times to maximize attendance and efficiency.
- **Grow membership**: implement creative ideas to drive engagement, retention, and word-of-mouth growth.
- **Drive performance**: manage key metrics, profitability, and class utilization in partnership with ownership.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment that reflects our brand values.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Certified **Pilates and/or Yoga Instructor** (recognized certification required).
- **3+ years of teaching experience** with proven client engagement and retention.
- Experience in **studio management or team leadership** preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by results and growth.
- Confident using scheduling and membership management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
