**MY Ink Tattoo Studio** is seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Operations and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the creative industry and skilled in both digital marketing and studio management. You will be responsible for managing bookings for all our artists, implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new clients, and handling our social media presence.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize booking systems for all tattoo artists.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular and engaging content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic, including photos and videos.
- Utilize Photoshop and other editing software to create high-quality visuals for marketing and social media use.
- Operate professional camera equipment for content creation.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client management.
- Collaborate with artists and staff to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing similar environments such as studios or restaurants.
- Strong skills in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and experience in professional photography.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently.
- High school diploma; degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field is a plus.
