**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Kids3 Daycare in Lacombe. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere for children aged 0-12 years, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering quality childcare services.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Assess children's developmental levels and provide feedback to parents
- Maintain records of children's progress and daily activities
- Collaborate with staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Assist in maintaining daycare supplies and equipment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards
- **Qualifications-LEVEL 3**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First Aid/CPR certification is required
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
- Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search prior to start date
- Team-building skills with an emphasis on collaboration

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
