Rise Air is looking for an on-site **IT Support Specialist II** to join our team in Saskatoon, SK.

Knowledgeable and service-driven, the IT Support Specialist II provides advanced technical support and guidance across our organization. Together with the IT team, this position helps maintain a high standard of service, efficiency, and technical reliability at all levels of the business.

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide advanced (tier-two) level support to on-site and remote users across our base locations.
- Monitor, manage and escalate requests as needed using the in-house IT help desk ticketing system.
- Manage help desk software including development of reports, metrics, and system configuration.
- Liaise with our IT network administrator and external consultants to manage network maintenance and cybersecurity.
- Provide strategic and technical advice, identify issues, risks and recommendations to project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory, and modern work practices including M365, Teams, SharePoint and One Drive.
- Together with the IT team, maintain a positive, effective and efficient help desk environment ensuring service issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in the continuous improvement and documentation of IT systems, processes and best practices across the organization.
- Perform other duties including cross training and supporting tier-one requests as needed.

**Your Qualifications**:

- A post-secondary diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent training in computer science, computer programming or network administration is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support environment, with working knowledge of Microsoft business products (Windows OS, SharePoint, MS Exchange, Teams, etc.), is required.
- Working knowledge and/or certification in A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or related network/IT designation is considered an asset.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
