**Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and insurance companies
- Preparing and submitting repair estimates
- Ensuring work flow is efficient and reasonable deadlines are met
- Preparing Company work orders and warranty claims
- Adhering to a standard of professional ethics and be focused on customers’ needs and satisfaction
- Ensuring the the continued profitability of body shop operations

**Qualifications**
- Management experience preferred
- Vehicle damage estimator experience
- Strong computer skills
- Skilled at providing an exceptional customer experience
- Highly effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders
- Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Know how to use Mitchell and Audatex estimating software preferred
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
