TES | efaci, a forward-thinking waste management company, is seeking a dedicated Fleet and Shop Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs
- Coordinate vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement
- Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of fleet technicians and drivers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and asset tracking
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Proficient in store management systems, payroll processing, and inventory control
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in sales management is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required

**Skills**:

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of retail management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,303.61-$106,878.09 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
