Assistant Manager – Retail Fashion
We are looking for an Experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and help grow our business. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, highly organized, tech-savvy and excited to lead a team toward success.
Responsibilities:
- Support buying procedures: sourcing, selecting, and recommending fashion-forward products.
- Maintain and update the company websites with current product offerings and promotions.
- Strong proficiency across all social media platforms to grow and engage our customer base.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure an appealing, trend-focused in-store experience.
- Manage inventory accuracy and flow, ensuring products are available, replenished and well-presented.
- Daily use of technology and computer systems to streamline operations and reporting.
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team to deliver strong results.
- Drive sales through innovative marketing ideas, teamwork, customer service and business development.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and retail buying.
- Experience with website management, social media growth and digital marketing.
- Proven skills in visual merchandising and inventory control.
- Excellent computer and technology proficiency in concert with strong accounting skills.
- Management style leadership experience with a focus on motivating others.
- Energetic, positive attitude and driven with a passion for hard work and business growth.
- A natural leader who leads by example, self motivated and thrives in a team environment.
Qualified candidates are encouraged to share any accommodation requirements that may impede their ability to be successful in this position. Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds will be required at times.
