**Position Overview**
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead and manage all marketing activities for Peak Services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and customer engagement.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand development of Peak Services, website management, SEO, social media strategy and execution, digital advertising, content marketing, brand merchandise initiatives, and overall campaign management to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
This hybrid role requires in-office presence Monday to Thursday **in either Richmond Hill, ON, Calgary, AB, or Vancouver, BC**. Remote work is available on Fridays.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Brand Management:_
- Collaborate with Peak Services Sales Team to develop marketing material for the sales process
- Develop an understanding of Peak Services’ customer base, particularly insurance policy holders, to inform targeted marketing strategies, messaging and service offerings
- Source, order, and manage branded merchandise for employees, promotions, and events.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Website Management:_
- Manage day-to-day updates and optimizations for peakservices.ca.
- Coordinate with web developers, designers, and internal stakeholders for continuous improvements.
- Monitor site performance, UX, and conversion rates
- SEO Strategy:_
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
- Manage keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
- Work with agencies or freelancers as needed for advanced SEO initiatives.
- Social Media Management:_
- Plan, create, and schedule organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Engage actively with the audience, managing daily community response and reputation monitoring.
- Launch and optimize paid social campaigns targeting key service areas.
- Advertising and Digital Marketing:_
- Create and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate seasonal marketing initiatives (e.g., Christmas lights marketing blitz).
- Content and Communication:_
- Coordinate blog content and customer storytelling initiatives.
- Assist with customer review management and reputation building.
- Analytics and Reporting:_
- Track and report key marketing KPIs (traffic, leads, cost per acquisition, engagement metrics).
- Provide actionable insights and continuous improvement plans.
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or integrated marketing roles.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong eye for design and branding (comfortable working with graphic designers or creating light design work with Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Proven experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS platforms preferred).
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools
- Hands-on experience running digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.).
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with external agencies
**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Experience marketing services businesses (e.g., home services, property maintenance, seasonal services).
- Basic video editing skills for social media content.
Compensation: Starting from $100,000 depending on experience plus discretionary bonus
