**Salary**: $49/hour to $55/hour, 30 hours /week

Annual vacation: 10 days

Fastgo Express is based in 2 locations worldwide, with offices and warehouses in Canada and Australia. We specialize in providing cross border logistics solutions to both B2B and B2C clients, including international and domestic ground and air shipping, transportation, customs brokage, product distribution and warehousing, inventory and procurement management. We act as both an international cargo broker and shipping agent that coordinates and provides third-party logistics to large and small companies, primarily in the E-commerce sectors. We have established close relationships with a vast network of carriers, shipping agents, sales agents, warehouses and terminal operators worldwide. As our business grows, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to add to our team in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate Fastgo’ marketing and business development activities directed towards driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity.
- Lead product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of our company.
- Forecast, analyze and design appropriate marketing plan in all changes for logistics industries.
- Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- Collect market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage the marketing team, coordinate and attend training on new services and programs.
- Lead the team to deliver results with content, digital, offline, performance marketing initiatives and tactics.
- Manage the budgets and negotiate contracts for all marketing and business development materials and services.
- Co-ordinate with internal procurement teams to obtain the targeted freights and other logistics service costs.
- Work closely with management to promote the Fastgo brand of logistics solution internationally.
- Conduct surveys and analyses on client feedback to determine whether the company’s products and services are satisfying and assess development of potential and future businesses.
- Develop high quality relationships with all internal and external business partners to achieve required organizational goals of excellence. This includes but not limited to: clients, carriers, transportation partners, etc.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, evaluate strategies and suggest on improvements.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Minimum college diploma.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Prefer from logistics, transportation, freight forwarder or supply chain industry.
- Contract negotiation experience is an asset.

Knowledge:

- Proficiency with marketing tools, good understanding of marketing trends.
- Proficiency in MS-Office suite, comfortable with basic data analysis, tracking and reporting activities and results.
