Recognized for your human approach and your interpersonal skills, as the Human Capital Generalist you act as an influencer. You advise and coordinate activities related to employee relations, health and safety, staffing, engagement, skills development and other human resource management activities at our Sussex and Truro Ingredient work sites. In addition, you coach employees and participate in management and employee committees.

As our future colleague, you will:
- Contribute to and roll out the HC strategic action plan for the site;
- Act as a change agent with the site managers under your responsibility by recommending appropriate actions for proactive human capital management;
- Monitor and interpret legal texts and regulations, identify their impacts, inform others;
- Collaborate in continuous improvement processes related to human resources management;
- Participate in and coordinate organizational development and activities to create a positive working climate;
- Act as a change agent fostering a positive health and safety culture;
- Be involved in the H&S committees as well as implementation of and compliance with H&S procedures, standards and regulations;
- Ensure that workplace accidents are handled appropriately and make the final decision on return to work;
- Participate in organizational development, performance management and succession development activities;
- Act as an agent of change influencing ways of doing business and managing human resources.**Requirements**:- Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations;-
- 2 or more years of experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment, as a generalist with a large or medium-sized organization;-
- Knowledge of French (an asset);-
- Sound command of labour laws and regulations;-
- Sound command of computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
