We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex and exciting electrical projects.

Position Overview:
As an Electrical Project Manager at HighAngle Electrical Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating all aspects of the electrical work.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work is carried out on all project sites.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors. Ensure clear communication regarding project progress, changes, and any potential challenges.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and maintain a focus on promoting a culture of safety across all job sites.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including change orders, invoices, and progress reports. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality work and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Electrical Field Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on commercial and institutional projects.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing teams of electricians and subcontractors.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team to successfully achieve project goals and objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and electrical codes and standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Safety-Focused: Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety on every job site and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Preferred:

- FSR Certification: A valid Field Safety Representative (FSR) certification is not required but would be considered an asset.
- Experience with building management systems, energy-efficient technologies, and a background in institutional projects
- PMP designation or Construction Management training
- Experience with Google Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, Knowify

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
