**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full lifecycle of the electrical portion of the project, from pre-construction planning to commissioning and close-out.
- Oversee field installation of electrical infrastructure such as MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, grounding, lighting, and automation systems.
- Lead electrical subcontractors and internal teams to maintain quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Work closely with mechanical, civil, and automation teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Handle project documentation including RFIs, submittals, progress reports, change orders, and QA/QC tracking.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable Canadian Electrical Code,, CSA Standards, and provincial and enCompass safety requirements.
- Maintain control over budget forecasts, progress billing, and project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side project managers and stakeholders.

**Required Qualification**
- 5 years of electrical construction project management experience in industrial or bulk material environments.
- Demonstrated success managing electrical scopes over $5M in Canada.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial power systems, control systems, PLC integration, and site power distribution.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to site as needed.
- Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- PMP certification or Gold Seal Certification (GSC) through CCA
- Prior field experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor in heavy industrial settings.
- Experience working in union or multi-stakeholder industrial sites.
- Familiarity with commissioning and startup of automated material handling systems.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
