**Responsibilities**
- Prepare construction budgets for various construction projects including new building work, and leasehold improvements
- Prepare “Request for Quotation” (RFQ) documentation (drawings, specifications, scope of work guidelines) and solicit subcontractor pricing to assist in construction budgeting
- Review subcontractor quotations to identify scope of work and associated pricing
- Negotiate and issue purchase orders/subcontracts to the selected sub-contractors and material suppliers
- Assist project team to facilitate project delivery through job start-up document management, quality control, general project administration, contract and subcontract management
- Specific project responsibilities may vary depending on the role within the project (ie. Project Management, General Administration, Quality Control, Document Management)

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
