We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team to support our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage communications / relationship with customers
- Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and project costs for the flawless execution of projects
- Oversee projects from start to end
- Schedule timelines and shipments
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Architectural Degree or Diploma required
- 5 years of project managerial experience in an architectural background
- Ability to navigate through a set of architectural drawings
- Estimating experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- CAD background is an asset
