We are recruiting an experienced
Project Manager / Estimator
to join our team to support our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage communications / relationship with customers
  • Coordinate internal resources, vendors and project costs for the flawless execution of projects
  • Overseeing projects from start to end
  • Scheduling timelines and shipments

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Architectural Degree or Diploma required
  • 5 years of Project managerial experience in an Architectural background
  • Ability to navigate through a set of architectural drawings
  • Estimating experience an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • CAD background an asset
