**Be a Key Voice Inside and Outside the Practice**

You’ll serve as a vital communication link — collaborating closely with our clinical and administrative teams while cultivating strong relationshipswith external partners. Accuracy and clarity are essential, and your commitment to lateral service ensures every report reflects our high standards. You’ll also review and refine written materials, support the creation of engaging content, and confidently use a variety of software programs and AI tools to optimize communication across the practice.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in dental software and/or strong computer skills
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional written, verbal, and editorial communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools to optimize workflows
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Proficient in Pages, Adobe and Microsoft Word
- Commitment to quality and accuracy

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in periodontal or specialty dental practices
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Experience with Abeldent software
