This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue, margin and profitability goals.Location: Port Robinson, ONResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by meeting or exceeding targets for volume, gross margin, and EBITDAMaintain consistent revenue through well-structured sales programs and provide accurate sales forecasts across product categories to support production planningIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including reconnecting with former clients and engaging prospective customersPromote the company’s full range of heat treating services through tailored messaging, site visits, and solution-oriented sales presentationsServe as a trusted advisor to clients by responding to inquiries, recommending appropriate heat treating processes, and ensuring timely resolutions of concerns.Cultivate long-term relationships through ongoing communication, on-site visits, and by delivering excellent customer serviceAssess and optimize sales territory coverage while monitoring competitive activity and industry trends.Provide pricing recommendations based on market intelligence, cost data, and profitability goals, ensuring special pricing is used selectively and strategicallyMaintain thorough and organized records of sales activities, forecasts, client communications, and event leads.
