**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive **Client Relations and Marketing Assistant** to support our team with a variety of tasks. This part-time contract position offers the flexibility of working from home, with responsibilities that span client relations, marketing, and scheduling. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations, timely communications, and effective marketing strategies.
*Although this is a work-from-home set up, you may be required to attend local events in Waterloo Region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Scheduling**: Organize and coordinate video/photo shoots, meetings, and other important events.
- **Marketing**: Create basic graphics in Canva.
- **Administrative Support**: Monitor inbox, send invoices, and keep track of daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- **Liaise with Clients and Team**: Ensure client feedback and requests are communicated effectively to the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Must be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
