**Responsibilities**:
**Transaction Coordination**: Assist in coordinating real estate transactions by preparing contracts, organizing and updating files, and liaising with clients, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

**Marketing Assistance**: Collaborate with the agent to create and maintain marketing materials, such as property listings, brochures, social media posts, and online advertisements, to enhance the agent's online presence and attract potential buyers or sellers.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process, promptly responding to inquiries, and providing regular updates.

**Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to help the agent identify new opportunities, gather information on potential properties, and stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends.

**Event Planning**: support the agent in client appreciation and community events in the Waterloo Region

**Requirements**:
**Previous Experience**: Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred, ideally within the real estate industry. However, motivated individuals with a strong interest in real estate will also be considered.

**Organizational Skills**:Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

**Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

**Technological Proficiency**: Proficiency in using real estate software and tools, such as MLS platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and various productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

**Proactive Attitude**: A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take initiative to support the real estate agent's goals.

**Real Estate Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of real estate transactions, terminology, and legal processes is desirable. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends is essential.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
