**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Coach and guide your team** to drive sales by delivering a seamless and memorable in-store customer experience.
- **Actively support daily store operations** and assist the Store Manager with retail management duties.
- **Deliver exceptional customer service** by developing in-depth product knowledge and sharing expertise with customers.
- **Lead by example,** serving as a role model and providing constructive feedback to support team growth.
- **Assist with hiring and training** new staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- **Foster a positive work environment,** acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- **Additional responsibilities as required** to support business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a retail or customer service role, or a similar position.
- **At least 1 year of experience** in a retail management role or equivalent leadership position.
- **Beauty and cosmetics sales experience preferred**, with a passion for the industry.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite** for reporting, store operations, and communication.
- **Self-motivated and proactive**, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- **Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills** to support team development and performance.
- **Adaptable and resourceful**, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing product trends, store policies, and business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
