**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team for Roofing & Disposal business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation of bins and materials
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Enter data accurately into the system
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze transportation routes and make adjustments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize phone systems and other communication tools to relay information effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dispatching or logistics role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly
- Familiarity with freight transportation processes and terminology
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and tracking purposes

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
