PlumbWize Inc is looking for a full time Dispatch/Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a positive and energetic person for our head office in Burlington. Paying attention to detail is a must in this position. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Answering phones.
- Greeting customers or visitors.
- Help dispatch and schedule calls on Google calendar.
- Weekly data entry of residential invoices and payments.
- Attach back up to supplier invoices and credit cards.
- Data entry of some supplier invoices.
- Keeping office and bathroom clean.
- Assisting Office Manager/Bookkeeper as required.
- Working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
