**Job Description**:
**Who You Are**:
As our Technical Salesforce Administrator, you’ll help us continually improve and enhance our customer’s Salesforce platforms, working primarily with our Salesforce Developer to create, manage, install, configure and maintain our custom integration package.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with various editions of Salesforce, including Financial Services Cloud to create flows, action templates, triggers, scheduled jobs, custom objects, fields, permissions, etc.
- Manage PAS Salesforce product release cycle into customers' installations.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, action templates, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, reports, and user management.
- Creation of triggers/Apex code, batch, and simple jobs, working with the Salesforce Developer on more complex tasks.
- Sandbox environment management.
- Identify and gather requirements, and translate them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health checks, and Optimizer.
- Create, manage and action, or assist the developer with user support tickets.
- Technical documentation.
- Work within the Engineering group's Agile development practice and use standard development practices for all Salesforce changes.

**Qualifications**:

- College or University degree.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, CPQ) is an asset.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong end-to-end problem-solving skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Excellent Communication.
- Ability to work both independently and in a Team.
- Must be technically savvy, some light coding is a necessity.
