**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage project scheduling, crew assignments, and daily workflows
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and administrative duties
- Prepare quotes and proposals for new and existing clients
- Conduct cold calls and follow up with leads to generate new business
- Oversee hardscaping projects from planning through completion
- Manage exterior maintenance contracts for commercial properties and malls
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control on all projects
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand services and market reach
- Lead and mentor team members to maintain high morale and productivity
- Oversee daily operations of landscape maintenance and construction projects.
- Supervise and train landscaping staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in lawn care, gardening, and tree care.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for irrigation systems and landscape features.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess the quality of work performed and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and usage.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among staff.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and exterior property maintenance
- Strong background in scheduling, payroll, and administrative operations
- Experience preparing quotes and conducting cold calls for new business development
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong supervisory skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, gardening methods, horticulture principles, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35,714.41-$45,693.13 per year

**Experience**:

- Management: 3 years (preferred)
