**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to team members
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Analyze sales and financial reports to optimize profitability

**Skills**
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic accounting principles
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and compliance
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is a must
- Proficiency in staff scheduling and inventory management
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
