Looking for a leader with collaborative team experience & strong guest experience skills.

The assistant manager will direct and oversee the daily operations of the barbershop, supporting a team while creating a welcoming and positive environment for clients & team members. Must have flexible availability with evening and weekends.

This role balances several different skills & responsibilities:

**Responsibilities include**
- Excellence in Customer Service and Guest interaction
- Setting goals & support the team to achieve individual & team targets
- Recruitment & HR administration
- Scheduling
- Providing hands-on instruction to any new team member
- Be proficient in the system to manage the waitlist efficiently
- Follow the Tommy Guns system and uphold brand standards
- Maintain operational systems
- Open/close duties
- POS/transaction & cash handling
- Barbershop cleanliness
- Retail experience
- Stock control & merchandise experience
- Any other duties outlined by managment as the position develops
- Training of the above to team members
