Key Responsibilities
- ** Team Happiness**: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment. Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- ** Effective Hiring**: Lead the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent. Ensure that our hiring practices are inclusive and align with our company culture and values.
