We are currently seeking** Helical Pile Equipment Operator/Installer** to work in our various sites across Alberta including, Fox Coulee, Joffre and Youngstown.

**Responsibilities**:

- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and comply to Safety rules/OH&S standards
- Safe operation of equipment such as Loader, Skid-Steer, Excavator
- Daily equipment maintenance, including greasing, equipment walk-around inspections, shoveling tracks, etc.
- Installation of various size Screw Piles
- Load/Unload materials (Pipe, Pallets, etc.)
- Work with equipment attachments (Screw Pile Drive Heads, Grapples, Bucket, Forks)
- Complete daily company pre-job equipment inspection checklists
- Attend daily safety tailgate and toolbox meetings
- Filling out daily FLHAs/ Reports
- Communicating with Grounds Person, QAQC, Site Forman’s/Supervisors
- Must have own transportation to and from site

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience operating Excavators with Screw Piling Drive Head Attachment
- Ability to read site specific plans, drawings and blueprints
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Experience operating a wheel loader, skid steer, and pipe grapples
- Physically able to lift 50lb

**Where you will be working, your work schedule, and other important information**:
The base hours of work are a regular 44-hour work week, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.

- Obstructed pathways

**Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site**:

- Predominately outdoor climate
- May be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather
- Various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc
