We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Leadership Coach to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Coaching & Facilitation, you will be responsible for coaching leaders, delivering development programs, and providing expertise in leadership, performance management, and succession planning. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our most important asset - our people.

You will be responsible for:
- Coaching team members and leaders using tailored approaches to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance.- Debriefing various assessments, including 360-degree feedback.- Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and resources to support team members and leaders with career and personal development.- Delivering leadership workshops and training programs to address development needs.-
- Staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices in leadership development, succession planning, emotional intelligence, and performance management.

You have:
- 5+ years of leadership development experience ideally within a retail, customer-centric organization.- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.- Certifications such as EQ-i, Insights, or a CPHR designation are considered assets.- A background in debriefing detailed assessments and delivering workshops.- Experience with HR information systems.- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Compensation Details:
$81,920.00 - $102,400.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
