**Business Growth Associate (Intern - 5 months)**

**Location**: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

**Type**: Internship (Part-Time / 20-30hours per week)

**Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license (travel to retail locations and events may be required).**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Innovate & Experiment** - Help develop and test new strategies for marketing, product growth, and retail expansion.
- **Business Development & Sales** - Conduct demos for retail partners, identify sales opportunities, and support negotiations with potential partners.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis** - Identify trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights that shape our growth strategies.
- **Project Management & Execution** - Support high-priority projects from planning to execution, optimizing business processes and operations.
- **Customer & Retail Partner Relations** - Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making** - Prepare reports, analyze key metrics, and present findings to drive strategic decisions.
