SkinArt MD is looking for a Patient Coordinator and Clinic Ambassador who is passionate about the Medical Aesthetics industry and delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.

**Responsibilities**

Provide information regarding skincare and treatments

Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and all social media platforms

Assist in appointment scheduling and hosting

Billing and invoice management

Inventory management

Must be available to work on the weekends and evenings

**Skills & Qualifications**

Proven experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment

Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of various software programs

Ability to problem-solve, positively adapt to changing working conditions and multi-task Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in English.

**The following will be considered an asset**

Experience working with Booxi and Lightspeed systems

Graduation from an accredited Medical Office Assistant program

Experience working in medical aesthetics

Social media and graphic design
