**What YOU Will Do**
- Assist the project team with coordination and project support;
- Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients;
- Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules;
- Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents;
- Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market
Take pride in compiling and completing company-wide project reports;
- Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings;
- Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project;
- Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal career opportunities;
- Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- 1-3 years’ experience in the buildings construction industry
- University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation
- Knowledge of the market
