Our Project Coordinators get the opportunity to work Retail Furniture Manufacturing & Install industry and are challenged to develop their skills on a diverse range of projects that vary in scope and complexity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside experienced project managers to learn the keys to client relationship building and successful project delivery.
- Provide project support to Project Managers by performing schedule updates, maintaining project controls, developing progress reports, preparing tender and contract documents.
- Ability to read and trouble shoot plans & drawings to preform takeoffs.
- Attend various project meetings, capturing accurate action items and key decisions in meeting.
- Provide a communication path between the Project Manager and other Project Stakeholders.
- Look for ways to centralize & store information while constantly improving the coordination procedures.
- Act as the main liaison between departments and the Go-to person for sales & operations (concerns, questions, inquiries).
- Track opening deficiencies/issues, update departments, troubleshoot and follow up on any problems or issues arising following a store opening/closing.

**Qualifications**:

- CEGEP or University degree in Project Management, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and communication/customer service skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in a retail project management/coordination or store planning.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite and/or other project management software.

**Skills**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
