Your role as Software Development Coordinator at BMAD is to communicate the information in micromanaging the project, assigning tasks to Developers and Artists, providing them with Material / Information. Organizing, and managing the work flow of the development team. Your goal is to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Retrieve and know the information about the project
- Establish references related to the project
- Assign tasks to resources
- Enter the information in the Tracker
- Work breakdown for teams and follow up
- Ensure that employees have the necessary equipment/information for their task
- Ensure that employees have submitted their work according to the criteria (nomenclature, file, format)
- Track internal approvals and feedbacks
- Follow up on the work
- Make meetings on the progress of the project with the people concerned
- Establish a schedule for each step of the project
- Follow the development schedule daily
- Ensure the deadlines of the development schedule
- Ensure employee productivity
- Ensure to follow the budgets of hours allocated to the project

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge in video game industry
- Proven work experience as a Software Development Coordinator or similar role in Video Games Production.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to support our vision and goals
- Good understanding of Asana
