Essential Job Duties:

- Greet and welcoming of service customers and listens to their concerns
- Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs
- Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
- Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs
- Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards
- Strive to meet the department’s repair order production standards
- Other service related duties as required

Position Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience. Automotive sector experience is a strong asset.
- Must have great customer service and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to manage warranty administration would be an asset
- Strong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Automotive Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Customer Service: 1 year (required)
