**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities include but, are not limited to**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a Service Manager position
- FORD experience required
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Automotive Service Department
- Setting clearly written processes for Service Advisors and Technicians
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- SERTI(Keyloop) or other DMS operational knowledge
- Schedule appointments and allocate resources to meet customer demands
- Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs, and warranties
- Monitor and control inventory levels of automotive parts and supplies
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of Automotive Technicians
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedure Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of Automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Establish a strong working relationship with Service personnel, all Dealership Managers, the general public, and suppliers.
- Making sure all training courses/requirements are completed by all staff before deadlines
- Motivating Staff and maintain positive relations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Automotive Service Advisor: 5 years (required)
