**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answer enquiries from the clients
- Update and post weekly class reminders using the school’s WeChat account
- Manage classrooms including taking photos and videos, recording special stories
- Taking care of student needs and requests
- Daily tracking and recording of student attendance
- Filing, including student data, photos, courses, events, posters and other school documents
- Prepare and translate student documents
- Tracking office and art supplies
- Cleaning and tidying up school classrooms on a daily basis
- Assist in arranging student work for display
- Assist with events including the coordination, preparation, event day setup, etc.
- Responsible for the writing, editing and posting the monthly or seasonal school newsletter
- Manage WeChat group/Xiaohongshu weekly postings, maintain other social media.
- Handle cash
- Other enquiries from the management team
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor degree from a Canadian or U.S. university
- Minimum 2 year’s educational administrative experience preferred
- Art background an asset
- Bookkeeper experience an asset
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Must be very passionate about art education and provide a positive influence on students
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy communicating with students, staff and parents
- Strong organizational skills, a good work ethic and attention to details required
- Must be an excellent team player, and available to work flexible hours as needed.

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)

- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
- Bookkeeping an asset: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin verbal and writing (preferred)
