**Administrative Assistant**

Loomo Marketing is a full-service branding and marketing agency, with regional offices in Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our senior management team (open to part-time applicants as well). This role is perfect for someone with experience who is looking for a more flexible and exciting work environment.

**Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the agency
- Schedules meetings, and takes notes during meetings
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain agency contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain agencies digital filing system
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Research and create presentations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems
- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
- Conduct data entry

**Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous admin or office assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Administrative writing Skills
- Professionalism
- Strong and proactive problem solving skills

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 Admin is a bonus

**NOTE**:

- **Successful applicant(s) must complete a criminal record check before hiring.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
