**Job Title: Sales Associate (Door-to-Door Internet Services)**

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Pay**: $22.00 per hour + Commission
**Location**: Based in-office with local travel for door-to-door sales

**Job Summary**

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated **Sales Associates** to join our growing team. In this role, you'll go door-to-door selling high-speed internet and phone services. You'll educate customers on the advantages of fibre optic over cable internet and help them choose the right package for their needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Go door-to-door to promote and sell internet and VoIP phone service packages
- Explain the difference between fibre optic and cable internet to potential customers
- Help customers understand how internet and Wi-Fi services work
- Customize service packages based on customer needs and budgets
- Log customer information and sales accurately
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in the field
- Attend training sessions and stay current on product offerings

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
- Basic understanding of how internet and Wi-Fi technology work
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working independently
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

**Compensation & Schedule**
- **Hourly Rate**: $22/hour
- **Commission**: Earn based on the monthly value of services sold
- (e.g., selling a $50 internet plan + $75 phone plan = $125 commission)_
- **Flexible Hours**: Choose your own 4-hour shifts throughout the week, including weekends
- Paid only for the hours you work (based on punch-in/out times)
