**Position**: Sales Supervisor - Retail (**1**)

**Wages**: $ 36.25 - $ 37.25 hourly (To be negotiated)/32 to 40 hours per week

**Terms of employment**: Permanent Full time

**Education**: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate.

**Work Experience**: 7 months to less than 1 year.

**Job Duties**:

- Maximize sales opportunities by supporting the sales capabilities of associates and leveraging current sales techniques and best practices within the organization.
- Develop & lead marketing & outreach programs to acquire new business and increase market share.
- Coach, train, and develop a high-performing team in the areas of sales, service and support.
- Remain knowledgeable on general company policies and procedures and to provide ongoing guidance & training to associates related to these policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment and follow all company protocols for safety. Required to report any unsafe working conditions to company management promptly.
- Support all privacy policies and processes and ensure compliance with associates.
- Monitor adequate inventory levels of products & supplies and place ongoing orders.
- Authorize inventory returns.
- Review POS transactions & daily deposit amounts for accuracy. Communicates results to management.
- Process payments and transactions.
- Manage cash & other forms of payment.
- Perform weekly sales audit by preparing necessary paperwork & cross referencing for accuracy.
- Prepare and manage reports relating to sales & other KPIs, inventory and employee management.
- Responsible for the ongoing service and resolution of customer issues by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (both pre and post sale) is provided by associates.
- Manage customer escalations & complaints making every attempt to resolve them in a cordial manner.
- Sell and assist customers.
- Create work schedules for store associates and delegate duties & tasks accordingly.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of employees.
- Supervise overall activities of the retail store.

- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings & weekends.
- Working knowledge and interest in mobile phone technology.

Pay: $36.25-$37.25 per hour
