**Sales Associate**

Enthusiastic Sales Associate providing fast, friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service by evaluating customer needs, recommending the appropriate products and services and completing the sales transaction. Performing a wide variety of additional tasks associated with a successful retail environment.

**Major Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Contributing to store profitability by selling and promoting products and services.
- Demonstrating knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer questions or issues regarding product features and benefits.
- Performing all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Performing regulatory and record keeping duties efficiently and accurately.
- Processing returns, exchanges, and repairs.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Performing store opening and/or closing activities.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace or retail floor.
- Receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming product flow.
- Performing periodic inventory counts.
- Preparing packages, labels and shipping out product.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Required: Valid Possession and Acquisition Licence.
- Experience working in a sales driven environment.
- Experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
- Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Detail oriented.
- Industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.21-$22.43 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 35 per week
