We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/ Office Administrator who can join our team and provide exceptional services to our clients and support the team. Just like us, you are a _tenacious self-starter_. You are a team-player and understand that it is the little things that contribute to the quality of the work you present.

You care about others and the company’s long-term success. You are the person who asks, “What can I do to help?” and then takes action to ensure things get done. You are outgoing, proactive, and willing to put in some elbow grease to ensure the work gets done well and on time.

As the Receptionist/ Office Administrator, you will typically be the first person that a client interacts with at the office or when a client calls in. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with Client Service Coordinators to track the status of client.

**Specific duties include**:

- Performing reception duties, such as greeting clients, operating the switchboard, handling all incoming mail and deliveries.
- Receiving, maintaining, and updating general client information.
- Performing general office tasks such as typing, printing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating, and archiving.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Assisting with payables and receivables

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment
- Punctual, reliable, and organized
- Able to work as part of a team and take direction as needed
- Resourceful and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Above-average time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the following: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Freshbooks, Google Apps, and client-based platforms.
