We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our team to continued success.

Position Overview:
As the Body Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our body shop department. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring timely completion of repairs, maintaining quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of body shop technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize repairs to ensure efficient and timely completion of all projects.
- Oversee the quality control process to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to support operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall department performance.
- Act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous

improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive repair industry, with a focus on body shop operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of auto body repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers,

employees, and vendors.
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
