We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Office Administrative Duties, some of which relate to vehicle registrations, construction projects, filing, placing orders, expense reports, etc.;
- Shadow and assist the Supervisor in various projects;
- Generate and present reports as directed by Management
- Prioritize workload in order to meet all deadlines, goals and objectives;
- Perform other administrative duties as required by Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High School DIPLOMA; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a benefit;
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Driver’s license required;
- Outstanding organizational skills;
- Russian and other languages are an asset;
- Ability to communicate proficiently;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
